The lake was sitting at 60% of its storage capacity at the time of the report. Rapidly rising water levels continued to create challenging conditions for bass anglers. Many bass were suspended or holding in newly submerged cover. Anglers found success targeting these fish with small swimbaits, weightless Flukes, and jerkbaits. Weightless Senkos also produced well when worked in the newly flooded vegetation. Farther out, hula grubs in brown, red flake drew bites when fished on rocky structure.
