The Smith River has been hit with large amounts of rain this past week. The water levels have come up and down 3 to 8 ft. All week. The river has been full of leaves, logs and other debree. We are forcast for rain for the next 6 days, after that we should have great fishing. I had a single fishermen yesterday. He was a pretty good stick , but the fish gods were not on his side. We had three Steelhead bites, bait and Fishpill got stripped and we missed all of them.
