Steelhead on the Smith!

Yesterday fishing on the Smith River was pretty good. Everyboat we spoke with had either hooked or landed fish. We hooked 4 and landed 2. It has been a combination of Native and Hatchery fish. We are catching them side drifting bait and Fishpills.

The Smith River is showing signs of a good Steelhead season. Yesterday everyboat that we saw or talked to had fish. We had 4 bites and gor two fish, one native released and one hatchery Steelhead that was kept.
