🎣 Salmon Opener Success Aboard the Pacific Dream! 🐟

What a great way to kick off salmon season!

Today, our 19 anglers enjoyed steady action from start to finish while fishing just outside the Golden Gate. The salmon were absolutely fired up—hard-hitting fish that kept everyone on their toes! We had plenty of hook-ups and more than a few heartbreaks as these kings proved tough to keep buttoned up, but that’s all part of salmon fishing.

By the end of the day, we finished just shy of limits with 30 beautiful King Salmon, along with 1 Halibut and 1 Lingcod. A fantastic start to the season with lots of smiles and bent rods!

As always, Stephanie kept everyone well-fed throughout the day with delicious breakfast sandwiches, hot coffee, donuts, macaroni & cheese with sausage, calzones, plenty of tasty hors d’oeuvres, and finished things off with her amazing pulled pork sandwiches. Nobody goes hungry aboard the Pacific Dream!
