Another great day aboard the Pacific Dream!

Today we started our morning along the beautiful San Mateo coastline targeting rockfish and lingcod. Our anglers put together a nice catch, averaging about 6 rockfish per person while also landing 14 quality lingcod.

Afterward, we worked our way back toward the Bay, searching for signs of life off Pacifica before eventually finding our target species back inside the Bay. By the end of the day, our 25 anglers had put 20 striped bass on deck!

One of the best parts of today’s trip was seeing so many kids onboard. Watching them reel in lingcod, rockfish, and striped bass with huge smiles made for a memorable day for everyone. Their excitement and enthusiasm were contagious, and it was a pleasure sharing the day with the next generation of anglers.

As always, Stephanie kept both our anglers and crew well-fed throughout the trip with delicious breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and hot coffee in the morning, fresh sliced watermelon and hors d’oeuvres throughout the day, and tasty burgers for lunch.
