Trout fishing was great once again for both shore bankies and trollers, and bass and crappie action was good, too. Shore fishermen were soaking worms under bobbers, Power Bait, and tossing Kastmasters and Panther Martins. Trollers were using Kastmasters, Uncle Larry's spinners, jointed Rapalas, and Needlefish to catch lunker rainbows weighing up to 8 pounds. Purple plastic worms were scoring bass, and mini-jigs fished around brush were scoring crappie.
