Shasta is fishing really good right now. My clients and i have been constantly putting 40-70 fish a day in the boat. Location is huge. The fish are really grouped up and you should use your electronics to find them before you even waste a cast. Most fish are in the 10-30 ft range and a lot are suspending.
There’s a good reaction bite in the morning, Glide-baits, boot tails, A Rigs, rip baits. Once you find them you can pretty much throw what you want and they’ll eat it. After the first hour or two of sunlight we have been slowing down with senkos and float n fly. Both have been putting better then average fish in the boat. Hopefully this is the information you have been looking for and tight lines from Matt Atkins Guide Service.
