Good Evening TigerFish Faithful,
The availability of Salmon Mooching trips has become very scarce to our Bay Area anglers. This boat still offers mooching trips to our light tackle clientele. Today's trip started off very slow. The entire fleet hardly had any fish to start the morning. We moved around and looked around and finally ended up where we started yesterday. We did not have the herendous grass and kelp issues that forced us out of the area the day before. The mooch was a slow pick as we watched the trollers arrive on scene scooping multiple fish and one by one most boats finished finally leaving us the area to ourselves. The salmon started climbing on more steadily and we finished our day with 21 salmon up to 16 pounds for our 16 anglers. We'll be off this Thursday.
