Despite the gusty winds early in the week King Salmon fishing was very good! The Kings are running 1 to 5 lbs. in good numbers. We found fish holding in Fleming Bay between Jenkins Hill point and Ramos Creek, 80 to 105 feet deep. The Chinooks are hitting a variety of lures, Sock Eye Slammers, Ex-Cels, Needle fish and frozen Shad. We used Pro Cure's new UV Flash Oil and found it definitely made a difference. The Kokanee are in the same area as the Kings holding in the 30 to 50 feet depths. Uncle Larry's lures behind Vance's Dodgers with corn soaked in Pro Cure Anise Plus with UV Flash was all we needed. The 12 to 14 inch Koks added to our action filled day. The lake is slowly rising and the surface temperature is 64.8 degrees.
