Little Truckee Flows ??38 cfs

The Little Truckee has slowed quite a bit and the fishing is very demanding. Midges and small mayfly nymphs dead drifted under small indicators are the best bet to catch a fish or two. You must fish light tippets, we reccomend 6X or 7X as thsi will help you to get a natural drift with the tiny flies you'll need to use. BEST FLIES FOR THE LITTLE TRUCKEE: Two Tone Hunchback nymphs 18-20, Copper Johns 18-20, WD 40's 18-20, Zebra midges 18-22, Adams Parachutes 20-22, Griffiths Gnat 22, Brassies 18-22, and Mighty Mite Baetis 18-20
