The Little Truckee is running at about 180 cfs. There have been some reports of the PMD hatch starting. The hatch usually starts in mid-morning and runs until early afternoon. Days with cloud cover or little to no wind are best.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! The Truckee is fishing as well as it has in years. With minimal run-off this spring, we finally have a year where the bugs are hatching in clear fishable water in early June. Green Drakes, Golden Stone flies, Caddis, and Little Yellow Stone flies are all hatching right now. Evenings are when most of the bugs are coming off.
