🎣 Happy Hooker Sport Fishing – F/V Pacific Dream 🎣

Today we left the dock with 10 anglers and headed off the Marin Headlands in search of King Salmon. It was scratch fishing throughout the day, but we never went more than 20–30 minutes without some action. The bites stayed steady from start to finish, and by the end of the day we came up just one fish shy of limits for the boat!

Our final tally was 19 beautiful King Salmon and 2 bonus striped bass. That last salmon was definitely within reach—or maybe just out of reach of the net—as we lost a few heartbreakers right at the boat. The toughest one was an absolute giant, estimated around 25 pounds, that slipped away at the net.

Even with a couple of hard-luck losses, it was an outstanding day on the water with quality fish and a great group of anglers. We’ll happily take days like this!
