Grandpa Tom wanted his grandsons to have some good fishing action. Today, Lake Siskiyou  spoiled those boys with some great action, landing 20 plus fish. We had a good mix of Browns and Rainbows in the 1 to 3 pound class. The action was steady most of day even when the wind started around noon. Plugs and spoons caught all the fish and most of them were caught in top 10 feet of the lake.

The weather doesnt get much more comfortable. April and May are some of best times to fish Lake Siskiyou before the summer campers arrive.
