Today, aboard the Pacific Dream we mixed it up a little bit for halibut and striped bass, our 16 anglers landed 10 nice halibut, 12 striped bass, as well as many other missed opportunities, right on the surface! We also had lots of Shaker action, releasing over 60 short halibut, some of them just barely missing the mark!
