Santa Margarita Lake - CA (San Luis Obispo County)

by Santa Margarita Lake Staff

The bass bite is slowly picking up, anglers from across the coast have been coming to get in on the action! Shad have been around the marina and shore, making for fantastic
fishing. The area around white oak (second boat ramp) has been full of crappie, bluegill, redear, and even some small mouth. Trout are still biting like crazy from the shore AND
trolling off of boats. Happy 4th of July, see you at the lake!

Water Temperature: 81-83 degrees
