Time to get your Braided line out its TOP WATER SEASON!!! Bass being caught on top water baits(spooks,Buzz baits, Whopper ploppers!) early mornings and early calm evenings.

Crappie bite is strong in shallow coves and off of Mackey Point usning red worms and also using black feathered crappie jigs.

Monster catfish being caught everywhere all over the lake off of the banks.

Trout bite is staying strong using night crawlers, Garlic power bait and trolling with kastmasters and also using rapalas.

WATER TEMPERATURE: 69 Bass bite has picked up after spawn with 4-6 inch swim baits and throwing spinnerbaits and also rattletraps. Frog season is peaking in the early mornings on moss beds and pitching into stickups. Trout bite is still very active with night crawlers and powerbait. WATER TEMPERATURE: 66 degrees Crappie bite is here catching on chartruese tailed jigs and meal worms sold at the Marina Tackle shop! The trout bite has picked back up with another fish plant on 4/28/22 coming in at a whopping 4000 pounds of delicious rainbow trout!!Averaging 14 inches around 1 1/2 pounds.
