This week was incredible for bass and crappie. Tons of anglers catching their limit or at least what their hearts desired. Every crappie filleted was at or over a pound and the bass were very active. Chatter baits, small spoons, soft plastic jigs with weighted heads, tiny flukes and 4” flicker shads were the buzz. Catfishing has taken a turn for slower results and smaller sizes. There is a change of rain this week that could make for a greta weekend of fishing.
