Santa Margarita Fishing Report

Santa Margarita Lake - CA (San Luis Obispo County)

by Santa Margarita Lake Staff

We’re starting to forget what a fish looks like around here. Made the bass boaters are getting a few dinky ones and aren’t reporting the small size. One person had some luck with a few good sized crappie but other than that anglers are out drowing worms with no bite. Wind has been calm so a great time to kayak. Camping has opened up with no restrictions. Marina is renting baits and kayaks if interested.
