Not much more to report today other than the steelhead bite is definitely on and its another limits style day of fishing on the Sacramento River.  Running up and down river between Anderson and Cottonwood and fishing each set of riffles has been paying off the past few days.  It should get even better with some rain to get the fish down river to push up towards the hatchery this week.  We don't have a lot of open dates this month, but Captain Justin Thompson has his last two available November dates tomorrow and Wedsday.  If you can fish on short notice, I think its worth the trip for sure. Todays group already has limits of fresh hatchery (keeper) steelhead. Jaynie can get you set up to fish tomorrow or Wednesday, just give her a call at (530) 510-2925 or go to jeffgoodwinfishing.com to book your trip!  Thank you!
