Water levels continue to rise at Boca Reservoir and it’s currently the best bet for good size trout and kokanee. Anglers are having great success near the Little Truckee inlet where colder water is entering the reservoir. Shore anglers fishing near the inlet side are getting frequent bites with small flashers with worms, rapalas, and small spoons.  Anglers fishing the deepest parts of the reservoir should be using flashers with worms or wedding rings with worms.  Boca is currently at 49% capacity.
