Penn University Charter

We had a Penn University charter hosted by Steve Carson (Sr. Tuna) we were scheduled for a offshore rockfish trip but opted to fish the coast due to a weather advisory. We finished up with full limits of rockfish, right around a fish per rod on the lings, then switched over to halibut to finish up close to 2 around on them. All said not a bad trip for the guys at Penn U. Big thanks to Penn for all of the give aways including a rod and a bunch of prizes for everyone that attended today’s trip.

Final count

180 rockfish (16 limits plus crew)
15 ling cod to 16 pounds
28 halibut to 20 pounds

On our salmon trip today the New Eldorado 3 finished up with full limits of salmon

Final count

22 salmon to 26 pounds (11 limits)

I have room on both boats this week.
Cal Dawn and El Dorado 3 have room on Wednesday and Thursday this week.
