Water temp 55-56
Water clarity 4’-8’
Air temp 50-55

Started out throwing a deep diver crank bait for about 30 minutes with no results. Started marking fish and bait down around the 35’-40’ range and decided to pick up the a-rig. Was throwing it around for a while on straight braid with no bites. We knew there were fish down there we just needed to figure out what excited them. Decided to cut the a-rig off and put a 15lb fluorocarbon leader and the a-rig back on. That made all the difference  and started catching fish. Once that bite died down we moved locations and couldn’t mark fish and bait like earlier in the morning. Threw a jig for a little with no luck before heading back and calling it a day.

Always a great day when it’s on the water!
