The weather has been nice. Yes! The fish are biting and folks have been catching.

CATFISH

Folks are fishing from the Pier and off the banks around the lake. They are using powerbait, worms, and liver .

The weather this week here at Lake Del Valle has been beautiful with average temperatures in the mid 80's and peak temperatures in the high 90's. The surface temperature is slowly dwindling down dropping to 76 degrees this week. Fishing has been tough this week with anglers having to put in long days to get some success.
