Weather permitting this week Kokanee action was very good. The Koks are averaging 15 to 16 inches. There holding over structure 50 to 60 feet deep, in 100 to 150 feet of water. The spillway to the dam are good areas to try.We are using Uncle Larry's spinners, R&K hoochie, Crystal Basin lures, behind Vance's nickel green dodgers.Our corn scents is Pro-Cure UV Garlic Herring combo, and Freshwater Shrimp

New Melones ReservoirKokanee fishing slowed down this week, mainly because of the moon phases. limits were hard to come by, but not impossible the Koks are holding in the deep river channel waters early in the morning.
