Lafayette Reservoir - Lafeyette, CA (Contra Costa County)

by Lafayette Reservoir Staff
3-21-2016

Lafayette Reservoir’s fishing seems to be hit or miss as boats are going out, but not much being caught due to the rainy weather.

Some anglers have mentioned having luck with trout using bass rigging, but could not confirm.

The water is a little murky as the reservoir has risen significantly due to run off and continues to do so, as showers come rolling in.

Last week DFW planted 1,000Lbs of trout on 3/15/16 and Mt. Lassen planted 1,000Lbs more on 03/16/16. Making the total Lbs of trout for the season at 17,350Lbs.
