San Luis Reservoir is open to boating. Fishing has been fair with many shakers being caught but nothing too big yet. Boaters have been doing good with ripbaits, lipless crankbaits, and white flukes. People are still trolling out deep by the dam and trash racks area with 6' inch white swimbaits and ripbaits specifically the Lucky Craft Pointers in 100 and 128 size in Chartreuse Shad & Aurora Black. The shore anglers have been doing fair using live jumbo minnows, Delta shad, and fresh pile/blood worms.
