Water Conditions: Poor. The water is so low that weeds are showing above the ice, and there's so much ice that access to the water is very limited to near impossible.

Fishing Conditions & Hatches: McCumber can be a great winter lake fishery, especially once the weed growth drops down from the cold weather and the midge activity picks up.

The Fly Shop's Tips: You'll want a small boat/pram, float tube, pontoon or a guide to access the lake. Give us a call for details. (Gas motors are not allowed).
