Shasta Lake - CA

10.5 pound German brown trout caught with me by Mark Simons while trolling a #3 Optimizer spoon.

Mark Simons with his 10.5 pound Shasta Lake German brown!

This custom black #4 www.optimizerlure.com is responsible for many big browns being caught this winter season.

Dick caught a brown as he had hoped, but his big one got away! He had a great trip with me previously and landed a coupe of beautiful big browns and a 4 lb rainbow. See you next fall Dick!

Big healthy browns have been caught on nearly every Shasta Lake fishing trip this winter!
