Randy's first Shasta Lake brown trout was a prize by anyones standard. The big brown was caught trolling a Bay Rat long shallow lure soaked in Atlas Mikes UV Gel Trout Scent!

Fishing for trout in the snow on Shasta Lake made for some great scenery, but it was borderline uncomfortable, even with a top and a double burner heater going all day.

A very cold and wet day with local anglers Chad and Doug on Shasta Lake this weekend. Chad is pictured here with our best trout of the day!

Catch and release or fillets for fish tacos! Spotted bass are a ton of fun to catch for the whole family!
