New Melones Lake was the lake to be on this week, we took it to the limit everyday. This week the spillway was the hot spot from 35' to 48' with the surface temp. hitting close to 75 degrees. The bows and koks are all mixed together and the bows are still hitting the kokanee rigs, the biggest bow went 21/2lbs. Glitter Bug's chrome dodgers with his orange hoochies worked in the AM and pink Uncle Larry Spinners and Wedding Rings with pink or chrome dodgers in the afternoon put fish in the boat all day. Trolling the river channel in the main lake also landed some nice fish.
