Two trout weighing more than 10 pounds were caught last week from the South Shore Pond. A 15-pounder and 13-pounder were landed as well as a number of rainbows larger than 5 pounds. The main lake is slow with trout down 25 to 30 feet. Bass fishing is good near rock piles and structure. 209-763-5914; 763-5166.
