Trout and salmon are starting to show alot more in shallow depths of 15 to 30 feet now.?? Use a flasher with a needlefish or kastmaster.

Crappie anglers will do well on jigs or minnows in early morning hours.

Catfishing is still hot using livers or hotdogs.

Bass are biting plastics on rocky points around the lake.

Jesse Roach Sr. & Jr. were the big winners at Spanish Flat Resort Saturday landing an 8.14 largemouth bass along with 4 other fish totaling 16.35 lbs. earning them several awards & prizes including Big Fish.??

Bass anglers used plastics and crankbaits on rocky beds and did well.?? They were shallow in about 15 to 20 feet of water. Crappie are on the move biting red & white jigs or minnows off the bottom.?? Catfishing is real good off most any bank.?? Use livers or a piece of hot dog. Trout are still deep, 40 to 50 feet, but there are some reports of surface catches. Cats are biting on hotdogs or chicken livers off most any bank on the lake. Trout are hitting needle fish from the surface to 50 feet down. Salmon are deep from 70 to 90 feet near the dam. Bass are slow but use plastics or crankbaits on rocky points....... Read More
