Eagle lake is off the hook and red hot. We have been up at Eagle for the last week and the bite is just getting better. I have found a LOT of fish in the Bucks point area. Troll out in front of the point in the deep water between the 2 rock piles. Run deep 2 feet off the bottom. Another spot is half way down the shoreline out in front of a tree on the ridge that sits in a low spot on the ridge. Fish out from the shoreline about 100 yards you'll be in about 7 to 9 feet of water, run your lures at 6 to 8 feet and 150 feet behind the boat. The best lures we were using was the arctic fox tube flies in orange and the thu chub color. By far these lures out fish all other lures like seps grubs and the red dog. We have been getting about 8 fish a day and sometimes up to 15 fish by 9:30.Thinking if you don't get fish here they moved up into the north end of the lake.
