Boat rentals are now in the off-season rates at both North Shore and South Shore shops, with the rental rates 40 percent off, until May 1. Mark your calendar for Glory Hole Sports 9th Annual 2-day fishing Seminar, March 17-18, said Marilyn Lewis of Glory Hole Sports. Sign-ups for the on-the-water lessons begin on February 16. On Monday, New Melones Lake held 1.983 million acre-feet of water. The lake level has held steady for 13 weeks and is now 1,050 feet above sea level and 38 feet from capacity.
