Bass, trout and salmon are chasing bait near the surface. Find the right spot at the right time and get all three. Guide Troy Barr is finding kokanee in the 15 to 16 inch range, with a few larger being caught. Find them 20 to 35 feet below the surface. Trout to 3.8 pounds are being caught.
