hi guys and gals, salmon season continues to be slow on the sacramento river, counts are down from last year, good news only can get better, striper fishing still remains good in delta and sacramento river trolling bombers or rapalpas,a few salmon being caught while trolling for striper, blacl bass fishing remains pretty good on the delta and folsom, and berryessa, had a chance to go to lake orville on saturday and help a friend noak walker to prefish for his up comming bass tournament with future pro, fished main body of water and caught fish off every point, lost one huge fish,couldnt bring him off the bottom, popped the hook, these fish were taken by dart heading, noak, good luck next weekend...ill be salmon fishing for the rest of week, trying to figure it all out, water temps are comming down somewhat, so maybe that will push some salmon in the system, have some great rates for the rest of month, so give a call, until then, tight lines and good luck, steve
