Fishing has definitely picked up since we began planting and anglers are reeling in trout all over the place! Lo-cal fisherman Robbie Dun-ham reported, "we caught our limit of trout out in front of the North Shore Ramp...all top lining with Grubs." George Nakawatase, pictured above of Galt, CA also had some luck on North Shore, reeling in an 8.12 pound Rainbow this Saturday. George now holds the yearly record at Lake Camanche and is the one to beat for the annual day use pass for largest fish caught in 2013! Awesome job George!

The South Shore pond is an-other popular fishing spot this week. Steven Riche and son, Photo #1 caught their limit of Rainbows at the trout pond this past Thursday using power bait.
