Rick Powers called in with this report for the New Sea Angler, "Sixteen Anglers caught full quality limits of rockfish; browns, coppers, vermillion and black rockfish. We also had 9 lingcod to 10 lbs. Weather conditions were good, with 15 to 20 knots of wind that picked up about 1:30 - 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
