The Sacramento River Wild Rainbow Trout Fly fishing from Redding to Red Bluff has been good the past few weeks drifting small nymphs under a strike indicator, drifting live bait or trolling small lures. Lance and his son Jared were up last week for a  ? day trout fishing trip they hooked about 20 fish and landed 10 of them , Jared landed one that was 4 lbs. and about 20 inches long. Shad fishing has finally gotten good we were out the other day with Larry and hooked 40 fish and landed 28 of them drifting pink grubs on a 1/16 jig head not bad for a 4 hour trip.
