Wiggin's Trading Post at Chilcoot, Calif. (530-993-4683): Bank fishing and still-fishing good off the bottom with nightcrawlers or Power Bait, especially at the boat ramp. Troll nightcrawlers, garlic marshmallows or flashers from Big Cove to the north end.
