Water levels at Boca Reservoir continue to drop as additional water is released, leaving the boat launch out of the water. Despite these conditions, fishing remains productive during the early morning and late evening hours. Shore anglers are finding trout near the inlet using worms, salmon eggs, and various lures. Some quality brown trout are also being caught throughout the reservoir, providing opportunities for anglers targeting larger fish. Kokanee are expected to begin spawning soon, which could bring changes to fish activity as fall conditions continue to settle in.
