Dockside Processing, www.docksideprocessing.com , is open and ready to take your fillets from the boat and "Captain's Cut" (skin, debone and vacuum pack in 5ml bags) so all processing/packaging is done and ready for the freezer before you leave the landing, we'll take care of the mess.
