We are getting ready for the 2026 fishing season. This is a busy week for fishery management. We will get our first taste of salmon information. That will take a process that will run until April to determine whether we will get a season or not. Rockfish is all set for 2026 with an April 1 start date. Pacific Halibut will open on that day as well. Sherry is beginning to take reservations but is encouraging people to wait until we get some salmon news.
