Success rose to 21 percent of its storage capacity, and anglers reported another week of slow, deep fishing for largemouth bass. Drop-shot presentations with three- and four-inch worms and reapers in orange crusher, margarita mutilator, and green pumpkin fooled the lethargic fish. Jigs, crankbaits, and spoons also produced bites. Catfish were reliable for anglers using dip baits, cut anchovies, and chicken liver.
