Powerbait still seems to be the best choice from shore but small lures like kastmasters and crappie jigs are just as productive. Trollers are doing well with Rapalas or a worm behind blades and hugging the shoreline close as possible without getting snagged or cutting other lines. Trout are now in the top 10’ most near the surface loving those cold temps!
