Prosser Creek Reservoir has great shore fishing with access for anglers along the whole lake bed. Anglers using lures and bait from shore are having success catching rainbows and cutthroat. Powerbait in garlic scent is the hot ticket here. Prosser Reservoir is currently at 75% capacity.
