The Russian is currently flowing at 140 cfs well below the 300 minimum and predicted to go over on Monday but then drop back below. Looks like we will need one more storm to get things going especially since the river mouth remains closed at this time. We are ready and geared up with lures, rods, reels and cured roe so do your rain dance!!
