As we close in on the final week of the 2020 Sacramento River salmon season it looks as though we may see some rain to help finish the season with a bang!  Its not going to be a lot of rain but if we see an influx of water from the tributaries above Red Bluff, it just might move some fish into Anderson and they may be on the bite!  Unharrassed fish are biters and thats what we hope for this time of the year.  All of our guides have taken some time off this week to celebrate Christmas, but we'll be back at it again next week.  As we ring in the new year, we'll be offering fishing trips on Shasta Lake for rainbows and browns, and on the Trinity River for winter steelhead.  Thank you for following our reports in 2020! We truly appreciate you all and feel priviledged to be able to share our days on the water with everyone who takes the time to visit Nor Cal Fish Reports!

Jeff can also be found on the California coast chasing ocean fresh King salmon and steelhead each year.
