King salmon are doing well and are still holding 60 to 120 feet deep. They are averaging 2 1/2 pounds, but we did manage to land one at 4 pounds. Ares to try are Fleming Bay and Middle Bay. They are falling for shad and silver Sockeye Slammers. Look for the kings to move up into shallow water to feed on small Kokanee that have been coming into the lake.

Rainbow trout is very good also. The bows can be found in Middle Bay and Fleming Bay 5 to 20 feet deep. Uncle Larry's Spinners, Vance's Slim Fins and Ex-Cel lures along with Pro- Cures Trophy Trout Killer scent and a small piece of night crawler has brought good results!

This weeks full moon made king salmon fishing difficult, however we did manage to find a few salmon scattered 60 to 120 feet deep in the Fleming Bay area. Frozen shad seems to be the best method of take, but we were able to land a few on Vance's shad pattern Slim Fin. Rainbow trout action still remains very good! Not much has changed they are still hitting near the surface all over the lake on Vance's Slim...... Read More

This weeks strong winds made fishing very difficult, however it didn't keep the salmon and rainbow from biting. When we were able to go out we caught kings 80 to 100 feet in Fleming Bay, Middle Bay and around the damn. Frozen shad injected with Pro Cure and Vance's Nickel Sock-eye Slammers have been working well. Rainbow trout are still near the surface and can be found through out the lake. The bows are falling for...... Read More
