The cold front rolled in this morning and then came the rain.  It was a dramatic change from last week to say the least.  Weather changes are tough on the bite some days, but today fished really good over all considering the conditions.  We caught quite a few rainbows, King salmon, and some bass to make for a great day of fishing on one of California's greatest lakes. All our fish came from 15' to 40' and were caught while trolling spoons.   All things point to a great season ahead on Shasta Lake so get your days of fishing reserved soon!  Thank you,

Capt. Jeff G.
